COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Airflex 142096JA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 1151DP4S22B1M1S2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00156OT3H143T manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 023813N305U by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Franklin Brand 1111513420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as 14060700 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11BHW40FF473 made by Synchro as well as the popular 05C053W649E7 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1412128198 by Apex-Dynamics-Inc and 14060700 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1329RSHA00218FCH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
